Elite Facility offers a wide range of facility solutions including janitorial, environmental, painting, flooring and general repairs. Our staff, from the president of the company to our field personnel, display dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, as well as attention to detail.
Elite was formed in 2013 by our current CEO, as a Tier 1 Janitorial Services Company to a still current customer. In 2015, Elite became a WBENC certified Women’s Business Enterprise and expanded to delivering additional facility maintenance services in an effort to provide cost savings to our clients.
As trained professionals, we know the importance of safety
We provide rigorous training, conduct background checks, and ensure safety training to all staff. Aside from being trained on the best practices in the facility services industry, which improves overall performance, our training sessions emphasize proper safety procedures. These include the correct operation and maintenance of equipment and supplies and periodic reviews of site security regulations.

Jennifer Ogrodny
CEO
Jennifer started Elite Facility Professionals, in January 2013. Bringing with her more than 15 years in Facilities Maintenance and Business Administration experience, Jennifer recruited and leads the Executive Team in serving more than 1 million sq ft of facilities. Jennifer attended Tuck at Dartmouth and is currently attending Harvard Business School.
She is actively involved in the day to day operations. Using her years of on the job training, she develops operational policies and procedures, assists HR, oversees budgeting, planning and auditing, manages procurement, and ensures the legality and conformity of the company. In 2017 Jennifer was named Romeoville’s “Outstanding Entrepreneur Woman of the Year”

Lester Ogrodny
Chief Operating Officer
Lester joined Elite in 2015, bringing his knowledge of the trades and Business Management. Lester oversees the daily estimating, budget preparation, monitoring revenue margins, and implements new directives for business growth.
Lester uses his years of hands on knowledge to manage the many details of facility maintenance. Lester connects daily with the Project Management team to develop plans and devise strategies to ensure superior results.
Lester utilized his high school and professional career skills to open his own business at 19. A long time visionary and leader, he continually motivates staff to look for innovative ways to create value for customers.

Steve Suarez
Facilities Operations Manager - FMP
Steve has over 15 years in nationwide facility and project management in commercial real estate throughout the United States, Canada and parts of Europe. Steve has held his FMP Certification since 2022.
Steve is responsible for managing all large project work from initiation to closure. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. Steve meets with clients onsite throughout the process to go over plans of action and provide them with in depth information on project steps to completion.
Steve has extensive knowledge in preventative maintenance programs as well as nationwide roll outs, closings, remodels and general projects. Working directly with senior management, he assists in day to day operations, both in the office and in the field.

Dimitri Sidiropolous
Project Manager
Dimitri’s a seasoned Project Manager at Elite Facility Professionals, whose career boasts over two decades of expertise in the construction and facility management industry. He brings his meticulous planning in national medical facility project knowledge.
At Elite Facility Professionals, Dimitri’s exceptional skills in envisioning project outcomes, meticulous planning, and fostering collaborative teamwork are front and center. He continues to in embrace challenges and consistently deliver outstanding results, making him a valuable asset to our team.

Michael Crokin
Account Manager
Michael, is responsible for overseeing nationwide accounts in over 40 states. He oversees every aspect of each project by coordinating team efforts, acquiring necessary resources, and liaising with third-party contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Michael possesses a remarkable understanding of nationwide roll-outs, closures, remodels, and general projects. His knowledge and hands-on approach make him an invaluable asset in successfully managing diverse projects.

Accounting & HR Manager
Lisa brings a wealth of experience in accounting, human resources, and business operations, with over twenty years in these fields. Her comprehensive background across various levels of accounting and HR, along with her expertise in different areas of business operations, makes her an invaluable asset to our growing company. We truly appreciate her proactive attitude, which aligns perfectly with our goals.

Chad Walker
Environmental Project Manager
Chad brings a unique and valuable combination of skills and experience to his role, particularly in procurement and facility management. His background in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) provides him with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance within facilities.
In his role, Chad plays a pivotal part in optimizing the environmental team’s efficiency. Business Development Manager

With a career in sales spanning over 12 years, she has garnered extensive expertise in identifying opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and creating mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships with partners.

Environmental Operations Manager

Luis joined Elite in 2018, bringing with him extensive expertise in Environmental Services cultivated over more than 15 years. His journey began within the landscaping industry under the mentorship of his father, who owned his own company. At Elite, Luis plays a pivotal role in overseeing on-site Environmental Operations.
What sets Luis apart is his deep compassion, not only for his Production team but also for the clients he serves. Tony has been a valued member of Elite since 2016, leveraging his 20 years of experience in janitorial and managerial roles. He effectively oversees all janitorial staff, prioritizing safety and performance while ensuring deadlines are met.
