OUR COMPANY

Elite Facility offers a wide range of facility solutions including janitorial, environmental, painting, flooring and general repairs. Our staff, from the president of the company to our field personnel, display dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, as well as attention to detail.

Elite was formed in 2013 by our current CEO, as a Tier 1 Janitorial Services Company. to a still current customer. In 2015, Elite became a WBENC certified Women’s Business Enterprise and expanded to delivering additional facility maintenance services in an effort to provide cost savings to our clients.

We provide rigorous training, conduct background checks, and ensure safety training to all staff. Aside from being trained on the best practices in the facility services industry, which improves overall performance, our training sessions emphasize proper safety procedures. These include the correct operation and maintenance of equipment and supplies and periodic reviews of site security regulations.

MEET OUR TEAM

Jennifer started Elite Facility Professionals, in January 2013. Bringing with her, more than 15 years in Facilities Maintenance and Business Administration experience.

Jennifer recruited and leads the Executive Team in serving more than 1 million sq ft of facilities. She is actively involved in the day to day operations. Using her years of on the job training, she develops operational policies and procedures, assists HR, oversees budgeting, planning and auditing, manages procurement, and ensures the legality and conformity of the company.

Jennifer is a Dartmouth School of Business Graduate and is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School. In 2017 she was named Romeoville’s “Outstanding Entrepreneur Woman of the Year”

Lester joined Elite in 2015, bringing his knowledge of the trades and Business Management. Lester oversees the daily Oversees estimating, budget preparation, monitoring revenue margins, implements new directives for business growth.

Lester uses his years of hands on knowledge to manage the many details of facility maintenance. Lester connects daily with the Project Management team to develop plans and devise strategies to ensure superior results.

Lester utilized his high school and professional career skills to open his own business at 19. A long time visionary and leader, he continually motivates staff to look for innovative ways to create value for customers.

Steve has over 15 years in nationwide facility and project management in commercial real estate throughout the United States, Canada and parts of Europe. He is currently working towards his FMP certification and a degree in Construction Management.

Steve is responsible for managing all large project work from initiation to closure. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. Meeting with with clients onsite, throughout the project, to go over plans of action and provide them with in depth information on how a project will be completed.

Steve has extensive knowledge in preventative maintenance programs as well as nationwide roll outs, closings, remodels and general projects. Working directly with senior management, he assists in day to day operations, both in the office and in the field.

Julie brings more than 11 years in Fields Operations and Customer Service. She is results driven with a proven record in customer service and client relations.

Julie is responsible for overseeing work site services and repairs, with a heavy on-site approach, it is not uncommon to see her in the field. In the office, she interfaces with field workers, clients and third-party material suppliers to ensure smooth results.

Julie brings with her the expertise form working her way up through the ranks, starting as a field technician, working as a carpet installer and then foreman. She is a Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician through IIRC. Julie is an invaluable asset to the Elite team.

Jill brings more than 13 years of Finance and Property management background to Elite Facility Professionals. She works directly with senior management and is responsible for AP/AR, job costing, plowing cost management, and vendor management.

Jill graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting. She then continued on to receive her M.B.A. from Indiana University Northwest.

She has an extensive background in property management and holds her IL Real Estate Brokers license. In addition, Jill is involved in Elite Facility Professionals snow management and is certified through the ASCA.

Sr. Project Manager
